This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.


  1. Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds only if:

The item is unused and in original condition.

A return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

A tracking number has been provided to us.


  1. Non-Returnable Items

All items sold on our website are returnable unless explicitly marked otherwise on the product page.


  1. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@trucksupplyhub.com with your order number.
  2. We will provide return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Ship the item back with RMA clearly marked.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.


  1. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You will receive a refund within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs paid at checkout are not refundable unless the return is our error.


  1. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, cancellations must be processed as returns.
